I had same problem using my phone. If your phone allows, just go directly to the TCG www. NOT via tapatalk and click on "buy/pay" button and that works. Well, least it did on my phone.

Hope that helps. I just didn't want to drag the laptop out and try to fight with 3 year old to stay off, so figured out how. I know, bad Mommy. Lol
