What about a tournament? Instead of spending the whole month of voting or multiple weeks. Have a weekly tournament, with the final week being the final monthly finale?

I used to be on a forum thhat had monthly themes. They'd take as many entries and you voted for the best. Kept the pictures fresh every month. Just an idea instead of just 1v1

Couple thoughts;

1) Don't let the owners submit, let other members here suggest other member cars.

2) The loser, or "runner-up" in any current competition gets to run in the next contest by default.

The whole point of this is to ya, toss maybe two similar cars together, but to also mash up oddballs.

If I just pick similar cars over and over, it will get boring fast....and the discussions will always be the same.

I'm not saying keep it two identical Camaro's/mustang's/chargers/lawn tractors.

just keep the two vehicles selected, similar in state of modification (or non-modification). It allows for the owners, much like politics, to pander for their vote.

It's a landslide if you put up a pro-stock camaro against a beat up, series 3100 powered, Lumina.

People can submit their own photos, but it's kinda nice having a peer nominate you too.
