This company sounds familiar.

I bought a set of Pilot SS's for my 14' GT from a rando site and forgot. But, this name rings a bell.

Tires were super cheap, fast shipping and brand new with zero issues and were not old at all.

Ok cup 2s came in.
Front date codes 3715
Rear date codes 2618

all tires feel new no cracks and the old fronts feel just ask soft/sticky as the rear.

Agree. These are for track season. They will be smoked by 3720 for sure. Just not sure if i should go 180 on these fronts at road america or not

Imagine how much more money you risk doing that vs just buying newer tires though. Or try to send them back for a newer pair of tires.

I will ramp up into these. They shouldnt have a blowout our sidewall failure. It will understeer alot if the front compound is bad. Like i said they are still good and toast next year

I'm not sure if you drive in the rain, but that's where you'll see the biggest difference between a new tire vs an old tire. The older tires have a lot less grip on wet pavement, but they certainly shouldn't explode.

Also put it this way. Even if i chuck the fronts 620 for 2 rear cup 2 is still really cheap. But the fronts should do really well since they are guaranteed stored in climate controlled warehouses

The R8 has never seen rain. Also cup 2 in the rain is a bad day unless you drive miss daisy
My biggest fear is a high speed blowout which is highly unlikely within the 5 years on stored tires

The 305 rear's for my car are $170 cheaper than everyone else. And the 235 fronts were $200 more. So pick and choose what ones you buy I guess.

And expect old date codes. lol

Yes i expected maybe 2016 or 17. The 2015 fronts fell short on expectations but the rears were jackpot

There is no doubt that they have deals on some stuff. Just have to roll with it as I am sure getting date codes ahead of time isn't going to happen

I did it in 255/40/17 for s2000 square sizing. That size and 245/45/17 are the cheapest because they are the most popular. Ebay has them at $820-ish and that place has them at $1,048 (LOL). Tire rack has them at $850-ish and guaranteed not old tires

The prices I posted were PER TIRE. haha

It doesn't matter as I bought ps4s early this year. I'm good. But interesting to see the price on their site.

The prices make no sense
Btw tire rack also sells old shit but they tell u before they fuck you :p
But have you ever gone on track with a $1700-2000 set of tires and said “Fuuuck, why am I doing this”...as money starts hemorrhaging out of your peehole.
I will enjoy the fuck out of roasting these

Nice!! Ya these guya are good. Even the older ones i got feel sticky. If all the tires perform like they should next year, this will be my go to from now on. I got everything mounted and in bags in the basement.(y)
