bought a basic 5 port switch for the home office. No more unplugging network cables when I want to use the desktop vs there work computer or shitty laptop. WiFi is super congested in my place and For whatever reason the bedroom is a dead WiFi spot.

Did you go to the store or order online? I've got a Linksys gigabit 5 port that I did the same thing with, for my computer desk. With the rest of the house if I can wire it, its wired, reduce the wi-fi congestion in the house and area, and of course, less latency and more speed.

. That's the dumbest thing I've ever seent. I went to find tuners for SHO and saw these and added to cart and seen it was like $32 for a pack OF 4 and figured they were special lock ones
