I'd just leave them alone. It's hard getting a quality paint job on a rim with a rattle can. I'd rather have curb rash

I had black TTM's with polished lip and I thought my firehawk looked old. I traded them for TT2's polished and the car looked alot better. You can never go wrong with polished rims on a darker color. imo

if not black chrome tho- polished for sure.

i strongly dislike black black wheels on dark blue cars- it takes away from the blue for sure.

Why is everyone suggest black chrome? OP is looking for opinions about painting it black as an inexpensive for-now type of fix.

Haha, I was thinking the same thing.

I do not believe Ill be painting them black. I like the color of my rims now without a doubt... and Im "iffy" about them being black with a polished lip (as do others). So between the two, I clearly like them better all chrome.

I appreciate the opinions guys.
