If you can do it, and aesthetically it won't look perfect, but I'd pull down on that coax where it runs under the soffit and create a drip loop. That way rain can't run down the coax and get into the house.
My friend's brother failed to do that, and even though he silicone'd the shit out of the pass-through, water always found a way in. I pulled out about 1/2" of extra coax from the LNB on the dish to create a "dip" under the soffit. No more water problems.
His wife did bitch that it looked like they lived like the "poors" since it wasn't tucked up nice and neat. I said, you can live the riches and have mold issues that will cost thousands to get remediated, or paint the cable fucking white and ignore it.
Dish will be coming down. Haven't used it in 3 years and never will again
