All depends who's mock draft you look at, but I dont see that happening.
I think Lawrence is pretty close to 100% cant miss, he is the real deal. Kind of like JaMarcus Russel

If they think he’s even close to Lawrence then I think they have to.... I’m seeing mocks with people trading up to get QBs early, which might be good for the Raiders to get a better player at 17, but I’m sure they will find a way to screw it up as usual.
