NFL did not want media at the event so they scheduled it at the Atlanta facilities. Kaepernick's people wanted media so they didn't show for the official event and moved to a HS field with media and, supposedly, 8 teams reps in attendance. Kaepernick came out and told teams not to be cowards.
IMO, that won't do much to quell teams fears that he will start the social protests up again if he lands on a team.

NFL administration and teams offer him the opportunity to show his skills and represent well / be a team player (i.e., a second chance to play football and make a shit ton of money)
Instead, Kaperdick uses the opportunity to further solidify he is merely a disruptive poison to the sport.
Who wants to sign on a headache with the skills of merely a backup QB at best? Hopefully, no one.

I question whether he actually wants to come back or whether he wants to just continue being a martyr from the couch. Definitely seems like the latter with this last episode of "me-ness".
Bears have faced some O lines missing guys all year and not done shit. Mack is getting double and triple teamed and #94 is nowhere to be found.
