Really? You're gonna have the whole thing torn down and just put in the stock rotating assembly?
Pick up a stroker rotating assembly at least! If you arent going to touch the bottom end, why dont you just sell the block and put heads/cam on your motor now?

Because I'm keeping all my OEM parts, gonna build this motor and the only thing i'm gonna reuse off it is the accessories and the LS6 intake
Seems pointless, Russ. If you've got a bare block, spend the extra coin and get a forged assembly, especially if you're keeping the stock engine all together. I know those things are strong from the factory, but you've got a prime opportunity to build a bulletproof block, and it won't get in the way of a daily driver. If you're not going to go forged, just slap a cam in the existing engine with some nice heads. Unless your point is to preserve the stock engine for numbers matching or whatever down the road in 40 years when it might be worth something.
