Stick with about 425-450whp. It seems like every high hp G8 gets sold soon after. You can find about 3 of them for sale on the forums.

I can get brand new Kooks LT's for less money. Not sure how those cost $2500 but to each their own I guess. I am on the lookout for them now and will hopefully have a corsa cat back in soon...

Its a full exhaust header all the way to mufflers. I'd say that a deal. He'd probably take 1200.

If I may interject, it doesn't really matter what long tubes you go with, as long as you get long tubes and the matching company's off road x pipe. From there, I wouldn't recommend the Corsa axle back. Over priced and too loud/red neck truck sounding. Rather, find yourself some used GXP mufflers. They flow plenty and will have ZERO drone while cruising, but sound gloriously nasty free revving and under WOT, when paired with long tubes.
