Sorry, I've been playing home accountant these past few days and didn't make the chart. I'll get it up today after everyone posts their weight.

I'm checking in at 243.4... 7lbs in 4 days. It's accurate but for the purpose of the competition I'm going to start myself off at 245lbs. I ate a lot of crap leading up to this week and I'm sure I was carrying about 5 lbs of shit, literally.

To those that did post their first weigh-in, congrats. No one gained and out of the 10 people who posted a start weight and a followup weight yesterday, we have a combined weight loss of 41.7lbs.

That's awesome for four days. A lot of it is shit and water but still...
