Didn't work out last 3 weeks with being sick. Worked out tonight, got on scale, same weight as when I last worked out. Mini-Ya !

I'm doing a complete 180' with diet and activity. I miss feeling sore, makes you feel alive! I also forgot how much junk food makes you feel like shit...(but taste sooo good)

still floating right @ what was and is my target weight. last weight in was monday and it was 174.5 been gaining muscle and losing fat little by little. feels damn good.

exactly one year later, from 219 to 192#. not bad i guess but not where i was at the start of the summer. need to get back to running daily. anyone else been keeping the work up?

So I went back from 205 back up to 222. Stopped exercising after I got back from Yuma(yes back in July/August) because I just didn't get back into it.



I really do need to get back into it, though.
