So we got the brackets done and welded for the intercooler.
I forgot to take pictures of both brackets and mounted.
Trying to figure out a plate to mount the Power Steering and the catch can.
We may use refrigeration line to move the Power Steering.
And Lito wants me to put the old plugs AGHHH Oh well its getting closer everyday.

Oh and the drive shaft loop no worky with this exhaust

need to fab a bracket for that as well

just a little bend for the torque limiter but it should, be ok
need to weld a new perch for the passenger side.

Fabed a block and got the Power steering moved need to get clamps on the lines, need to fab somethging for catch can and Krankvent

Yea its almost done , The Fab work seems to be taking up a lot of time, But the results speak for themselves

What was up against the ABS?
My Cold intake pipe will be above it and almost hitting it.

Holy Shit the Motor to the fan is tight as hell

I can drill new mount holes for the rad supports and get like 3/4 extra clearance but then the rad cover is going to be off

this pic is with it moved forward as much as possible.

Gonna do a twin fan with Aluminum Shroud

OK So as usual the aftermarket shroud needed fabbing

Got the radiator shroud done but needed to modify the overflow tank

Should be running this week
I took a week of vacation so we can get it all finished up.

Car feels strong so far
I still need to find a small oil leak that popped up and I need to fix the Fuel gauge sending unit in the HAT
Then just squirt some Orange paint under the hood and Im ready to go

Got the running hot figured out

Seems I wired
the new twin fans to run backwards. Dohhhhhhh

Still working on my sons car so I won't get back to tuning for a few weeks

Yea wish my sons car was like that.One bad thing after another
looks like we need to replace or rebuild his engine, we pulled a head due to a busted stud, well the carbon was pretty bad, the rings are shot.
So
Im shopping for a used 3.8

Moved my sons car into the corner lol

Car runs at 199 at cruise in 92 heat made several puills and datalogs for Lito my tuner
Car never went over 210 and came down after the pulls, I think I have the issue fixed

car pulls like a freight train. Im at 8.5 lbs right now fuel trims and everything looks good
just need some minor tweeks and I need to look at the PVC system, Im blowing a lot of smoke on boost. I think its tooo much crankcase pressure not allowing the turbo to drain into the pan.
Should be looking at that this eve

I was right about the smoke
When I put the CDC Shaker on it pinched the PVC line to the catch can DOHHHHH

need to mod the shaker and keep tuning
May try pulling the fuel; pump back out tonight
Gauge didnt work with new pump, need to check float and connections

So looks like I need to trim the Shaker
It was kinking the PCV Hose to the catch can
I may redo the mount for the catch can
Seems like I keep changing crap all the time SIGH
Hope to get the fuel pump (No Gas Gauge ) fixed tonight
