Why is it that sandbags always have to be filled, where are all the sandbags from previous flooding events. I would think it would save time and money to hoard them, especially if you live in an area where flooding happens.

I truly do feel for all you guys up north. Good luck and hope the rain stays away.

From what I understand the bags are biodegradable and do not last unless you keep them inside or something.

my FB-don't-post-things-just-read-them filter was down cuz i was a few beers deep and my fingers hit a lot of posts with the fury. so many morons on that fb page it's insane.

a few of them must have been deleted though because i went to read them today and couldn't find them.
