Ford or aftermarket alt.?

Alt.went out I called ford they want $230 for a reman.or i could get a new PA from american muscle for $260 any thoughts?Thanks guys

None of the above, autozone and you have a lifetime warr. so next time its free when it needs to be replaced. IMO

You roll the dice with a rebuilt one my factory one took a dump, got another one from Vato Zone and it took a crap on me after 4 months, took it back got another one so far so good. Have fun changing that shit out:D

True but if your oem takes a dump after a year or whatever the warr. is you are SOL. They are a common issue so like you said its a roll of the dice.

OEM..... yeah you get a lifetime warranty on the autozone etc... But your stuck somewhere and need a tow or something due to saving a few bucks and getting a lifetime warranty.. No way..
