Hmmm. Class C Ford motorhomes always got the less powerful V10. Would be interesting if they plopped this in there.

Will the 7.0 be available in the F250 in XL and XLT as the 6.2 is now?

Very doubtful it makes its way to the f150. The f250 and f350 sure.

Supposedly the new 7.0 is to follow a similar path as the old 6.2; into the Raptor and upper trims of the F150, the filter to then Super Duty trucks and chassis

Ford would be fucking S T O O P I D to not make another "big bore" performance V8, especially if it's a 7.0. ESPECIALLY if they're claiming it gets better mileage than both outgoing engines while making more power and being a larger displacement. Hell, they could bring back the "429" moniker specifically for the Raptor and dudes, especially me, would be tripping over their own dick to buy the new "429" Raptor.

They still make the 6.8? Wow I would have thought the ship sailed on that a long ass time ago.

Also

The current F-150 Raptor features a 3.5L EcoBoost V6 powerplant, which makes an impressive 510 ft. lb. of torque. However, Ford’s current motor choice for the new Raptor is a polarizing topic for many, including those in the off-road community.

No, its because your fixing your stupid roof and house at the same time.
Yeah, what kind of moron wants a roof over their head instead of finishing a project car.... :s00ls:

Still buying stuff for it little by little, the oil pan is here, that should sort out that issue, then have a few more little things to order to make sure I have every5h8ng for the transmission to be installed.

:gfight:

I knew it should have been there....

Sometimes I do wish I didn't buy the house, but I would have been paying more in rent each month than I am for the mortgage and taxes so it's not the end of the world.

I hope the 7.0 performs as well as the v10 did. The 6.2 is such a turd when it comes to pulling. Ford definitely needed a better gas motor for the f250/f350.
