Seller claims:

Some parts that were missing were replaced including sunroof and in dash radio and steering wheel. I couldn't find a new steering wheel so one with the typical worn off leather is installed but all steering wheel controls work

Sounds like a roll over and airbag deployment to me....

I think the gauges were still sweeping after starting it. You'll notice its in park, but the speedo is showing 30mph. I'm guessing the lamps are on their way to turning off after initial systems check.

Yep, Ford dash POST procedure. Every gauge sweeps and every light illuminates. Mine does the same and it's a pussy gasser.
