Finally started the winter build

What did that rear end up running you? I am still in debate between a 9" or 12 bolt. Neither are cheap lol

I ended up going with a 12 bolt because I already had all the suspension for the car, a 9" uses different parts although it can take a beating better I don't plan on making anything much over 600whp down the road next year. I paid 1400 plus a trade for my stock 10 bolt.

The rear is actually getting a new 3.90 ring and pinion gear put in right now so install will be next week most likely.
Not looking forward to adjusting all of the suspension lol.
It's gonna take a while

Painted the rear bumper CETA style. And put on the new plates. Came out even better than I'd hoped.

Don't mind the dirty garage. (spring cleaning)

Well it made 343hp 363tq, I'm not doing anything to the motor, taking into account I'm adding a stall and 12-bolt. But adding a 150 shot to it. I'm hoping for anywhere in the upper 400's. More of a time goal than a power goal.

If that's a wet shot I bet you break 150, did you get a progressive controller?

Right now I'm still working on the nitrous setup. Wot switch so far with a 75 shot till I get the window switch and a tune from brandon.

Then I had my first big set-back. Carrier bearing was spun when I opened up the used 12-bolt I bought. Spun in the housing as well and ruined it with the carrier. Luckily the guy I bought it from was good to deal with and refunded me my money. Right now a brand new housing is being made at strange for me since they were out. And the carrier is getting replaced with a new 33 spline detroit locker.

Must be nice to be able to do a fuel pump with the axle removed. Im doing the trap door method so I don't have to drop the tank...

I know of the trap door method but after doing it with the tank out I think it would have been Hell doing it the other way lol

I did mine with the trap door.. Was cake.. took maybe an hour to swap out the assembly and run the hotwire kit

Good to hear that as I will soon be doing in in Mr.gto's camaro lol. It didn't look as easy as you say.
On a side note, any suggestions on replacement sill subs? One of mine is blown. Preferrably ones that would just sound decent with the stock amp.

Stock ones LOL.. most aftermarket speakers are gonna be coax or component not just the woofer

Mocked up the lower control arm relocation brackets earlier.
Picking up the new 12bolt housing tomorrow. Hopefully have it together tomorrow night and have the car on the road sometime Wednesday!

Gettin kinda excited as it's been over 7 months since it's been on the ground and moving.
