Rendering fine for me on chrome and firefox

I'm usually browsing on my PC so desktop is what I usually look at. Jumped on my phone to check it out on mobile and I think it looks good, but the little tweaks mentioned would help...

Found a new issue. It’s showing I have a notification, but no drop down option. When I click notifications it just takes me to user CP and I can’t see what the notification actually is.

There is some sporadic weirdness with the Navbar (triple line box in the right top corner) - will close before you can make a selection, unresponsive, etc. I dont have many issues with it but I know it will be finicky at times. Logging it as a bug.

This was present on the desktop skins as well...might just be a problem with vb3.8 and modern browsers.

Its funny how bugs that never once appeared during development are now running rampant....not frustrating at all.

We tested this for 2 or so weeks too.
