No classes. Too much time and coordination required. Just put everything in an Excel spreadsheet, like the above and call it a day. Yeah, it'd be nice to race against a comparable opponent, but what would you rather have more of, passes or classes?

Or.... both opponents get in line side by side (count the cars FIRST) and if you fucked up your math, then try again next pass.

Besides the one that showed up from a shop that did 200+ , I don't think any other one went over 150? Could be wrong, don't remember exactly

I did 153mph, and I definitely could have done faster if I didnt have exhaust leak/boost issues. I was doing that on 15lbs; 5lbs short of where I should be at
Ryan with the white cobalt did over 160mph
So there's definitely FWD cars that can do over 150mph

Trust me I know about the fwd cars, I'm one of the 600whp fwd cars 160mph capable just ran into issues like yourself

We are planning on adding a couple more classes. However, we are still organizing everything in that regard and plan to announce it alongside our release of the 2014 event dates on Jan. 4th

As always we will be trying to give everyone as many runs as possible. Saturday morning started slow last year because our tent did a somersault into one of our speed trap sensors and severed the bracket that held it in place. Swapping the sensor over to the new bracket took a few mins.

Stay tuned everyone! We are very excited about what's in store for this year!!

More classes are cool. I don't mind. Even if they don't add them, I feel that the car stands on its on. No special tire, no gutted interior, no weight reduction, AC, and DDable....and it never changes.

Can't wait for this event again.
