I'd go Commander at that point. I can't fathom spending $15,000 on a SxS and having the interior look like shit.

Fit and finish is just sub-par. I've sat in many a polaris machines and I can just grab the steering wheel and shake it around... Can't do that with Can-Am. I want to like them so much but I just can't until they up their game in the refinement department.

Yeah we did that with the RZR that one time and I agree. I haven't sat in a new General though so I'm not sure how it is vs the RZR.

Maybe they changed something for the 17's... but I sat in a 16 general and wasn't impresed. I unfortunately need more of a Ranger type machine for Hayward for on the property.

Using the Harbor Freight trailer works fine, but, it's annoying trying to Austin Powers around a 14' machine and trailer on a 14' trail

I hope Honda steps up there game but based on the fact that the 450r is still a steel frame and carbed, I know they won't. I would look at a commander but the rear jump seats and actually shifting trans in the Pioneer has me enticed.

Gents,

I'm looking for a loading ramp that is at least 95"x50" with at least a 1k rating and less than ~$200.

I'm not using it as a ramp so don't worry about the whole 'is it actually a good ramp' dilemma. I'll be using it as a strong lightweight platform so the hinges will be removed along with the ramp fingers.

Can you explain a bit more as to its use? Something for that expo trailer? Mesh floor, bar slats OK?

Yessir, using it as the rack top. Aka the roof top tent will sit on that and the AL ramp will sit on the the cross bars.

The ramp is ideal as it is a good price, pre assembled, lightweight, and can handle more than enough weight.

Makes sense?

Yeah, check their website... Carter bought a nice ass ramp set them for sub $100 and I just saw the same thing at Cabelas for $199
