I had to Pac Man my way through the parking lot at work to get around the 3 foot drifts and the plow trails that the plows were making in order to get out Surprised how well the GP did. Took the bump to our driveway at about 20mph in order to not get stuck(the curb's a good tall angle upward) and didn't even feel the curb as I went over it

I didn't even park in my driveway the drifts are so high, didn't wanna get stuck so the cars parked on the street.

From Rt59 and I88 to Countryside took me from 2:45 to 5:00. Grand Prix was great. Goodyear triple assurance's. I really like these tires.
A crown vic and a little convt mercedes had us stuck on the ramp at 294 and ogden east bound. They couldn't make the climb. Even though I had to stop several times on the ramp while people pushed them, the GP kept right on going.
We are closed wednesday but since it was my only scheduled day off this week I don't get inclument weather pay.....

I left at 2:30. But I am going in tomorrow. Village of Downers Grove with a recorded message saying they won't plow our street until Thursday. It should be a 12 inches of ice by then.

I already started mine...came in for a little break.

Snow is packing like shit though. I made a "t" out of some 2x4's and am using it to kick in the foundation tight. I pour water around to get a good solid base.

It's about 10 x10'...and am hoping to have the roof on by tonight. Hopefully the kids will go OUTSIDE and play in it...(I'll do just about anything to get them away from the TV)
