My gut is I agree with you. But truck per dollar matters too. I know I won't be driving it until 200k miles so that isn't a huge deal.

But then again I pay a little more up front and resale will be there later so that is something I am not used to having owned mostly GM products, lol.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but I agree with the folks suggesting the Tacoma. They seem to be the only one worth the coin in this used category. My buddy had a CC 2wd Colorado new and for the first few years it was a decent truck. But no clue as to the reliability now a decade later.

Dakota is just junk.
