Had a real good chest workout today. Did 295lbs, 3 sets for 6 reps each set no spot on flat bench. Got up to 265lbs on incline bench. Weighed in at 179lbs, it's definetly bulking season. Took a progress pic, no flexing. I can see the added fat around the mid section, and I need to work on my traps and delts.
