Shoot me a PM to get your info added to the list. HP/TQ must be proven with an SAE corrected dyno sheet with the knock sensors active in the tune

I just saw Tripple Threats new motor, not a 4 valve motor by any means just dyno'd over 1,000hp and tq. Just a big ol race motor.

I have most of your *records* beat

755/655 on a terminator 4.6

I made 525/475 on a stock engine back in 2004 with 14psi and a T-Trim.

My blue mm just made 430/410 on 93 at 12 psi but made 496/475 on 16psi with e85.

Did not see any list of equipment or numbers there of from either a 2.3 , or 2.9 Whipple
4.6 engine. I know there has been talk of this set up .....
Is there any specs on a TVR on any engine in either 4.6L or 5.3L . I like the TVR, but I
understand there are issues.
I would like also to see if there is any information on the KB any size on a 4.6L or 5.3L
the grapevine has it that there is something special in the works for this sort of setup.
I hope I am not just blowing smoke up someone ass by asking these questions.
So If you can, Please feel free to advise or tell me I don't know WTF I am talking about.

^^ Because its an unfair advantage if you have 2 MMs with the exact same mods. The one with the knock sensors turned off will make more power.

IIRC Bodyman has a 2.9 Whipple, I'm waitin his mod list IIRC he has a Whipple also but I think his is corn fed

It's not unfair. Each car listed is different already.

Why not just list both but make a note knock sensor on or knock sensor off. Seems easy and it let's people see the possible power difference between two cars with identical mods but with or without the knock sensor.

I'd like to see the difference and I'm sure others would.

I'd PM you my dyno sheet but I don't have the slightest clue to where both my NA and SC sheets are.
So I'm out.

Looking forward to seeing some numbers from people.

That makes no sense. The only time a knock sensor should cost power is if it's pulling timing due to detonation.

A pullied roots blower (especially an eaton) will activate the knock sensors from blower noise.

I've done it several times on GM stuff with KB's and Magnachargers.

I'm good either way, I see what you're saying and it does make sense.
I've always just altered the sensitivity of them in tunes to get around the harmonics roots blowers produce.
My car will have them tuned out as it's an iron block with no boss for them but will not be a contender for high hp, I don't feel like putting a built trans in it anytime soon so 450-500 will be my goal. Plus our local dyno is a real heartbreaker.

Correction Travis.. 2.3 on pump gas with a low comp Alluminator 545hp/556tq. Let me know if ya wanna see dyno sheet. This will undoudetly be going up when I swap to SB plenum & TB. To bad I sold my 03 300a I was 500hp on stock motor S-trim Vortech A2A
