A couple of things about cost. Your physical location matters. I could insure my car in Wisconsin and pay a bit less each year. Liability stats need to be spelled out. I just paid my Civic insurance and that was the biggest chunk of the bill.

Whatever you say ultimate everyone calculate the amount of premium one needs to pay per month. That is the first thing one tries to know.
