Got on it, got a ton of wheel hop and one of the bolts that holds the diff into placed snap. Now the rear end CLUNKS when I shift. We're pretty sure the noise is the rear end hitting into the frame of the car, doesnt' make any noise if I'm really easy on it, or if we're going a steady speed. Although, the diff is leaking a bit. Going to change the bolt tomorrow to see if that solves the problems.

Here's the crazy part, it happened during the shift into second. Rear end jumped all over the place at 40mph.... not fun.

Drag racing? This was on the street, under normal street conditions. I'm thinking if the bolt doesn't solve the problems, warranty work again.

By law, they have to cover it unless they can prove that any of the mods I have added caused the failure of the part. I don't see how anything I've added can blow the rear end. The only mods they'll be able to detect are the exhaust and springs.

Well it helps that I'm friends with 2 of the guys in the service department also. They can even look up my black box if they want and they'll see there wasn't any abuse to the car.
