Tinted headlights is still a thing? Why on earth would anyone want to see what they’re about to crash into? Half the twat waffles on the road don’t even turn on their headlights and think DRL lights are fine.

Does this count as tinted headlights?

Yes they do. Which makes it all that much more confusing when I see at least a dozen cars every morning and 2 dozen at night driving with either just the DRL’s on or no lights on at all. I almost changed lanes into someone on Monday because they didn’t have their lights on.

nope, this is more aimed at the folks who night shade or film over the completely cover the headlight or taillight so dark you can't see them.

Damn, they fooled me. Shits junk then.

I am not that versed on the details of that motor family. But it seems like a great motor for swaps.

Plus it seems they have good aftermarket support. Stroker kits for like a 3.4L, someone made an aftermarket block, and so on. I'd love to swap one into something. Like a Volvo 122 Wagon.

Yup and it drives up the price for all the Volvo guys looking for them for their redblock builds

I'd have to agree with the murdered out trend being pretty tired, especially when reducing light output. And the ridiculous offset rubber band brodozer stuff, stickers, etc....

"Big" stroker kits are based off the RB30 block, there is an RB20, 25,26,28 and 30 from the factory. the 26 which is the GTR based engine DOHC, Twin Turbo you can do a 2.8l stroke, maybe even a 2.9 but not really worth it. RB30 is a junk yard engine, really cheap SOHC in AUS and NZ. Easy to convert to DOHC with the 26 head and pan adapters to use the Rb26 AWD sump (sump has front dif built in). RB25 which was used in the RWD turbo applications is single turbo and GTS-T and GTT models. Many combos are available, in the 90s HKS even made a tall deck 2.8 litter block for race cars, there is the factory N1 block, RRR block early and late model 26 blocks it goes on for days.

How hard would it be to swap in later GMT900 Escalde LED headlights? Not sure if they're just Plug and Play or if there is something on the back end in the wiring harness that makes it difficult. That's how I would roll with with a 900 Esky...

Glaring aftermarket HIDs in reflective headlight housings can also be added to the list.

Besides the ridiculously expensive OEM only headlights you need the LED specific harness which has different pin sets inside the housing. There is one seller on eBay that makes it plug and play but it’s not worth $2,500 for less light output than HID’s. To answer your question yes it’s easy and plug and play but only one seller does it and it’s $2,500 (not worth it). I’m honestly amazed that no aftermarket manufacturer has come up with an LED swap for the HID headlights, they’d probably make a fortune off it.

I'm going to start looking for either an 03-04 Cobra or Fox Cobra to swap a truck iron block LS and an LSA blower. Then get bored a year later and put an On3 turbo

Its still great for a few applications (like Phils car for example, or dedicated track cars), but its just abused now. Why bother being unique when you can just toss a 5.3 into the car like everyone else!

- shit boxes in general with rims that cost more than the vehicle
- more shit boxes with "sounds" and the "thump thump"
- escalade fender vents on anything but an escalade
- hid/led headlights that are miss-aligned
- miss matched tires
- stick on hood scoops

i could go on....

Pops and bangs tunes.
Tire letters
Blow off valves on cars that came with diverter valves
Windshield banners on the lower part of the glass
“Locally hated” stickers
Aftermarket headlights with colored LED halos. I had angel eye fogs in 2005 and it was played out then.

Dont forget the coexist stickers right next to the bernie sanders sticker above the piece sign and then they cut you off in traffic and give you the finger like it was your fault.
