The T-37 was a 350? I thought they were all 400/455's. I had a 350 Pontiac in a '77 GP. It was my very first rebuild, it spun 6 bearings in under 20k miles, and it was a dog. I replaced it with a 400 race motor I bought from a friend, got that heavy ass tub moving. I started biulding a 400 with modified journals to accept the 428 crank, with a .060 overbore full on bracket motor...but ended up totalling the GP before it was ready to go in. The race motor ended up in a '79 Gutless...'lil bit lighter, and only cost me $250 for the car; the motor on the other hand was not so cheap!Originally posted by CoolGTX@Nov 2 2004, 05:41 PM
