Serious bachelor chow tonight…
Leftover mac n cheese, leftover coney sauce, leftover baked beans, leftover smoked sausage, some air fryer potato chips, and canned jalapeños.

Oh yeah I love it. It’s usually something like this at least once a week when I just want to clear out the fridge.
Our favorite Italian joint (LaVilla) in the city makes this dish called Chicken ala Villa. It’s my Wife’s go to when we go there. Few years back she decided to make it at home. First few times were okay, then she started tinkering with it. Now it’s at the point where we like hers better. The shit is seriously

Next time I'll use 80/20, cut the bread thinner and have some 1000 island on hand. Otherwise it was pretty legit.

Ol lady is out of town for the weekend, car is a stupid broken piece of shit, weather sucks, house and garage are clean. Decided to meal prep for the week.
