At my guys wedding in Guanajuato, green pasta was the side dish. That was the first and only time I ever ate it lol.
It wasnt bad though, I just never seen it again after that
I'm in Orange Texas and they have some of the best fried fish I've had in my life down here. Had fried shrimp, oysters, and onions from Bluebird Fish Camp. That's the Sabine river in front of me, which divides Texas and Louisiana. Food was absolutely outstanding!!!
Threw a 2# Picanha on the smoker for a couple hours at 150.
Pulled it around 120, put it in a foil tray/tented it then took it and a bunch of other shit to my folks' place to finish off.
Wifey made hasselback potatoes and boursin cheese mushrooms then I finished the meat in the oven till it got to 125 pulled and sliced it paper thin.
Toasted a couple ciabatta rolls, threw the meat on top with some Monterrey Jack cheese, broiler to melt and threw some green chimichurri sauce over top.
Shit is fuckin nuts.
Will definitely make it again.

slow cooking a mississippi pot roast in crockpot, house smells amazing right now. Will devour later over some mashed taters.
Pork chops cooked in salsa verde and Mexican rice. Tomorrow for lunch Iāll make a rice bowl out of the leftovers
Pretty sure I ate at that place when I bought my 71. Burger was very good if itās the same place Iām thinking of
