I was in a Trailblazer one time. The interior was such an epic piece of shit I almost didn't believe it was real. Dash & buttons were like hard brittle plastic. It was quick with with the LS engine, but my god was it nauseating inside!

Then Chevy scrapped the entire brand and came up with Traverse. Now the Traverse has a cool appearance package with red on the wheels.

Every GM mechanic or general mechanic I talk to says avoid the Traverse/Acadia/Enclave like the plague. They have serious front suspension issues later in life, and it's tons of money to fix.

Yeah I'll take a trailblazer all day over any new GM midsize. The 4.2's are actually pretty easy to work on too.

I sold mine with 165k and only needed a thermostat. Other than brakes I did nothing else to that car from when I bought it with 32k on it. I swing hard from that mid size suv with full size mpg lol.

Also I'm only here for the Redlines

my dad has had to delete rear air, trans lines, alternator, new rims due to stockers pitting on the lip and causing leaks. they have ~130k on it, have had it new from 03. lt ext. it shakes pretty bad when at a red light unless its warmed up. i really dont see it lasting much longer. but is been a sold vehicle for the most part.

Early versions of the Lambda platform had issues, more engine with the HFV6 and oiling than suspension. Many things have since been sorted out.

Nothing is perfect yet. Each vehicle has it's own nuances. It boils down to what you're willing to deal with on your own after warranty is up...
