I'd like to go for it, but I don't want a bunch of different battery styles laying around...I don't need anything THAT heavy duty...some random stuff here and there, but I'm not going to be drilling into concrete or anything. I can "borrow" the work Hilti if I need to do that

I've been in the market for a blue tooth speaker. Any recommendations ?

UE Megaboom all day. Not cheap but I love the thing, fills the room with sound, good bass, good volume for outside. Wife has it cranking in the kitchen and I can hear it outside doing yard work pretty well. Bought a floating waterproof one that was supposed to play even when wet and it sounded like a moist fart and it was like $130. The UE was double that but worth every penny imo.

After owning one for awhile, its pretty useless Mileage will vary as it does with any tech device.

exactly why I avoided it in the past, going to see how the insteon integration is, if its nice and smooth and you can control lights throughout the house and scenes and it works i'm down to keep it. That and vocally demanding the weather report instead of one click on the phone may be cool.
