Snowden which proved the NSA and GCHQ and the FVEYs are spying on everyone in

"Unselected" means NSA/GCHQ targets all people, no FISA warrant necessary, no
EO12333 paper work, no telling the President, no telling the Attorney General,
no telling the Gang of 8 Senate Intelligence Committee--just fucking go ahead
and do it. Automated pre-processed spying on all people to prepare your Dossier
of your entire life ahead of time. Then when your SIGINT data might become
useful for something, they retroactively ask for permission and/or get a warrant

In conclusion, NSA/GCHQ definitely follows the maxim of "Don't ask for
permission, ask for forgiveness", because they just go ahead and do all of this
bulk spying in total secrecy. I find it gobbsmackingly incredulous that they
have such unshakeable faith in their own supremacy and that their best laid
plans won't blowback in some unforseen catastrophe and produce consequences that
are infinitely worse than whatever miniscule benefit to society that the NSA's
Wild Wild West cowboy approach to population surveillance might have produced.
I promise you that someday very soon, AES 256 will crack, and then this Wikileaks
insurance from August 2013 which contains the full Snowden cache will be revealed to the entire world.
