Been working on this for nearly a year. Hopefully it gets a warm reception.



For those of you concerned about the location. The event is set. Date and Location. Contract agreement signed. I have been changing the city on the FB event page, to have a little fun. Watching everyone search around. Dropping misleading hints. Just my way of having some fun and enjoy everyone's enthusiasm.

My thought is, you don't announce plans to try to host an event. You only announce something that is set and ready to go. We have announced our event, we WILL see you in September!

When I gather a new location, I usually travel to the location to do a few days worth of promotion. Handing out flyers, meeting sponsors, physically walking the location and checking things out. So, when I schedule that, I'll have to see about meeting some of you!
