Drove past their set in Capetown a few months back. It was funny seeing the ships all sitting out in the middle of nowhere like they were. I thought it was some sort of amusement ride until my gf mentioned that it was the set for this show. She really wanted to watch it because it is filmed in her home country. So far we have only had the time for 2 episodes, but like it so far. +1 for the T&A!

Yeah they ended it with the clear intention of another season. Good show though, I will definitely be watching season 2 when it comes out.

12 would be nice, but 10 is better than 8. They couldve made it 10 with the way the season ended and just added 2 episodes.

Am I the only one still watching this? The "I Angered Charles Vane" scene was one of the most badass scenes on TV in recent memory.

I can't believe HBO didn't pick this show up. To me, its right up there with GoT.

We got through about 5 episodes of the first season but got side tracked. All the rest are on our DVR. Maybe the gf and I need to get off our butts and start watching it again.

The second season so far is much better than the 1st IMO. And the 1st was good.
