ive been averaging 18-20 miles a week the last few running I haven't really rode the bike much, I also started doing 100 push ups a day this week, id really like to get into pretty good shape this winter, i will probably at some point start lifting weights again but for now ill just be doing push ups and i hope to pick up a pull up rack soon as well

Not a run or bike, but it was a damn good hike and I am trying to not be fat and lazy any more. So this thread seemed fitting. It is one of the trails down the road from me. Beautiful hike and challenging enough for me being out of shape and at elevation. Took my new pup with me as well. She did awesome and as soon as we got in the truck she instantly passed out lol. Before I even started the truck.

So I've been hitting the gym for a few months and today for the first time in my life db pressed more than 100's for a set mostly because they only had 100lb db's before and now they go to 135lbs, but I did 2 sets of 8 with 100's and a set of 5 with 105's goal for 2017 is to do 125's for a set,

Disclaimer I've lifted off and on since high school don't expect to do 100's in a couple months if you have never lifted before
