i wanted to get away from black chrome because the black chrome didn't match all of the other chrome on the truck...

my original plan with the black chrome wheels were to ditch the door strips and wrap the bumpers.

but aintnobodygottimefodat and the sidestrips ain't goin' nowhere.

discount tire in round lake. 15 minutes from my gf's house where my tires were and open at 8am on saturday... in and out in 45 minutes for a really reasonable price with good work.i was happy.

I think the black chrome worked because it drew in a connection to your grill and kind of an off shoot of the overall truck color.

That being said...the new ones look great too. As you stated, they go in line with the rest of the accents already in place on the truck.

Wheels are such a personal preference. I got/get a lot of hate because I put 19" Centerlines on my SRT. Fuck people, I give no fucks.

i like em a lot. the chrome is WAY better than the black chrome was... my truck has too much chrome on it to clash chromes.
