Delicious one pot pasta with some Italian sausage.
Today I found a great Ramen lunch place in Rockford. Ryusei Ramen. They also do Korean fried chicken. The menu is a bit bare at the moment since they just opened. But everything was delicious.
I had the pork Ramen with egg green onion and a side of Korean fried chicken tenders. I had them add their Chili Oil to the Ramen and their chili oil is no joke.
The tenders were perfect. Crispy on the outside and so tender on the inside. though the sauce could be ticker to coat the tenders better. Or they should leave the, bare and give you a dipping cup for the sauce.

Thats supposed to be our dinner tonight. Leftover Honey Baked Ham/egg/cheese sandwiches.
Too much work, I'll just make them on a frying pan like you would make grilled cheese and get the same result.
Well it had lettuce, tomato and onion still. So like 80% of the sandwich.So what your saying is you just had a grilled peace of chicken . That ain’t no sandwich

Nandos in Oak Brook will be lunch and leftovers for dinner. Always try to eat some sort of chicken and rice the day before I fly. Less chance of having to shit on the plane
