Shit's happened to me twice this year. Each time was at full race speed. Once in Rockford and once at the Elgin track. Each time took me out for a good 3 weeks.

Hope you could at least unclip. I only did that once at the track and wore a full face thankfully. I did land a downside icepick on a 6 ft quarter to my chin though and still have the scar.

thanks! definitely going to have to get my second gear issue looked into though, was quite the fun drive home. aha.

At Rockford yeah I was able to but not at Elgin. Their I was jumping through the rhythm section and got tossed sideways. I unclipped on foot in the air hoping to just land and ride it out. Yeah that didn't happen. I ended up over shooting the landing, front wheel hit the next roller and tossed me over still one foot in.
