Stumbled across this wild 5th Gen Camaro build for sale

This popped up in my Cars.com alerts at some random dealer, and raised an eyebrow for the “LS9 Katech 416” because I couldn’t find that engine in their build section. But what did show up was the build thread from a Katech engineer on his personal ultimate street/track 1LE build, which is this car, which does use the aforementioned engine.

Really sick build. Wonder what let it to ending up here.

That Katech engine is probably worth half the sale price alone. Katech builds good shit, they provided the engines for the official GM race efforts.

That car is ever bit as good as if not better than a 5th gen Z28.

68k only bothers me is it’s still new enough to be in warranty because it’s years or mileage whichever comes first. Something that’s out of warranty with 68k doesn’t bother me at all. Specially in a GM platform.
