As long as the meat isn't raw inside when it's done, using raw hamburger is fine. Check the temp if you are concerned and make sure it gets to 145ish*.

Yeah. They turned out really good.

I mixed one stick of chorizo (6oz.) To 1.25 pounds of ground beef. Not much, but enough to get the flavor. Mixed with the cooked rice, diced onion, 4 garlic cloves, some zing zang and some Worcestershire sauce. Dumped more zing zang into my Baker. Originally set oven for 350 and an hour. After about 50 minutes I upped it to 425 as they weren't quite done. Topped with slices of the only cheese I had which was roasted garlic cheddar.

the wife makes killer stuffed peppers with a can of campbells tomato soup, rice, shredded chicken or beef. Top with cheese and some siracha sauce
