hes not interested in a stock. He's going ot be buying a 2.3 Whipple. He said he does not have the original documents, but it has a serial & i.d.# that you can call steigemeier and confirm it was done by them. It also has the Steigemeier i.d plate that they put on any blower that they have ported.
