Splitter question

I’ve been wanting to reroute how my xfinity cable comes into the house. Right now it literally is ran around the house on the exterior and into the basement.

If I leave that, could I run a splitter from this box and run a coax into my living room from here?

Yeah, you should be able to. Just make sure it's rated for the right frequency. I had one lying around from Comcrap that I just tossed out. Also make sure the coax you use is rated for digital cable.
