That's somewhat true, but most younger people get overlooked in dealerships because with ages comes wealth. There aren't too many young people out there that can afford nice cars, so it's knowing your audience.

Just reading this thread for the first time and many lulz are being had. I has to quote this because it reminded me when I was shopping for a V. My wife and I are 31 yo.

I went to Ettleson Cadillac on Lagrange and joliet road. The salesman was about 55 and a complete prick. They had a silver one and he ran the numbers once, said that's all he could do and stuck his hand out for a handshake. He took nothing off the asking price, and didn't even attempt to make a sale. 1 week later I bought the one I have now.

In case anyone was looking at buying there, my experience was shit.
