My order was supposed to arrive today, but FedEx says it's damaged in shipment and is being returned. Since you guys to have no human customer service reps, I'm left hanging as to what will happen next.

Rockauto was my go to online place, now it's my last resort. :run:

So wrong. I reported it and got this "We will review the situation and contact you within one business day." A human being would have fixed it right away (and in less time than it took you to type the response above). Actually the moment Rockauto was told by FedEx the package was damaged and being shipped back to them, you should have shipped a replacement and sent my email an update. I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry for this.

I see I'm not the only one with shipping damage issues. RockAuto sandwiched a head gasket between a few pieces of cardboard and sent it. Of course it arrived all screwed up.

I find it interesting that there's a random torn piece of paper covering the worst damage........

edit: A refund was issued same day. But it's still annoying that I waited 9 days to receive a damaged product due to negligent packing.
