Last night we said farewell to Paul Reubens, an iconic American actor, comedian, writer and producer whose beloved character Pee-wee Herman delighted generations of children and adults with his positivity, whimsy and belief in the importance of kindness. Paul bravely and privately fought cancer for years with his trademark tenacity and wit. A gifted and prolific talent, he will forever live in the comedy pantheon and in our hearts as a treasured friend and man of remarkable character and generosity of spirit.

aww man RIP. Peewee's playhouse was part of my childhood saturday mornings. I just recently rewatched Big Adventure, never knew EG Daily played Dotty, she does voice over for Tommy Pickles in Rugrats lol. He had a few other movie roles, was great in Blow.

Remember watching Pee-see’s big adventure as kid, was a great movie for the time, so many good moments. Also his hbo special was funny, with Phil Hartman at jambi.

Pee wee was also good as the hair dresser in the movie Blow with Jonny depp, not a huge role, just weird to see him play a non comedic role, at that time.
