Recommend me a fridge

I will never buy another LG. My 3-4 year old LG fridge needs to be disassembled annually to defrost the massive ice dam that grows on top of the freezer coils, the ice eventually reaches the top fan, locks it up and throws an error code. The POS junkbox replaced a flawless working fridge from the 80s that came with my house.

All fridges are unfortunately disposable now.... I don't expect much anymore in that world. Its sad because you rely on them so much for ice cold beer.

Planned obsolescence. Nothing is built to last anymore, instead its built to fail so you have to buy another one.

i have yet to change a filter on my basement fridge, but its only used to make ice. going on 4 years now. i should look into changing that shouldn't i?
