Agreed, small on front, larger on back. I like the first version with the yellow sun. For hoodies or long sleeves probably the same. Find some quality work shirts (shop shirts), and maybe the logo/badge on the sleeve/shoulder like a patch? Can go full 'Merica with a US flag on the other sleeve
