Driver who locked up brakes was only one to receive a ticket. From what the officers and my agent have told me, I will not be held responsible in any ways simply due to the fact that he was in another lane and cut across (illegal lane usage) into mine.

Yeah, I was a bit up on adrenalin but the truck probably come to a stop for all of two seconds before I was out the door yelling at the poor bastard his wife and four kids, in the middle of the highway with a limp, bloody hand a cut off shirt and air bag dust all over me welcome to America, where crazy bastards go mad max on you for wrecking their trucks
